Mark came out today to service our unit, and he was outstanding! What an incredibly nice man! Our dog made best friends with him, and he was even kind enough to give her belly rubs, which she so appreciated. I personally appreciate that Mark told me about AC Plus’ 3-year plan and their monthly payment option. We had not been informed of the monthly payment plan before, which is why we hadn’t signed up for the 3-year plan. With monthly payments, it will be affordable for us, and assuming we plan to live in this house for the next three years, we will sign up for the 3-year plan in the Spring. We absolutely love this company! Thank you, Mark! You are awesome!!

I had called a different company on Saturday to make an appointment. I made one for Monday; they texted Monday and said they could not come out until Tuesday morning. I got another text Tuesday morning that said they would not be out until Tuesday Afternoon. I canceled that appointment and called A/C Plus. They had Michael on the way within an hour. He was super fast, friendly, and quickly identified the issue! If you’re looking for a company to get you serviced quickly, this is it!

Recently, we had a water leak in our crawlspace, which damaged the HVAC ductwork under our home. "Coach Nathan M." came out and did a detailed inspection and provided us with a range of repair options. He did a great job of explaining the "pros and cons" of each repair option. What impressed me the most was the teamwork that was on display throughout the day. Nathan's team clearly understood their roles. They executed their assignments with ease and had the necessary team support to get the job done in one day. Nathan jumped in on several occasions to help get things done, which I know his team appreciated. I come from a background of hard physical work and was truly impressed and appreciative of their dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a challenging environment. Finally, Nathan is truly a great "coach" and a strong team leader. His team responds to him because he is a good man. You are lucky to have him!

The last several times I've called A/C Plus Heating and Cooling, Vince has been my Maintenance Technician. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He is very courteous and tries to help you in any way he can. There aren't many people who would go above and beyond for a customer like he does. The entire process was terrific. The salesman helped with deciding on which system and financing options. Installation guys showed up when scheduled and on time. Everything, including the operation, was explained well. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Let me start by saying if you aren’t signed up for the routine maintenance program with A/C Plus, then you are playing. I called them at 3:46 pm Mike Arrived at my home at exactly 4:54 pm. I’ve never had someone arrive so quickly. Not only was he professional and beyond informative, but he diagnosed my issue and fixed it with a smile. Upon his arrival, I asked him to wear shoe covers due to having a little one in the home, and he obliged without hesitation. Some people would have a problem, but not Mike. Great job, A/C plus, for hiring him. He is an excellent guy! 10 Stars!
